Privacy Policy

Last updated: REPLACE with publish date.

Primisia is committed to respecting the privacy of every visitor and client. This page describes what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information collected

Primisia collects information voluntarily provided through the contact form (name, email address, project description), and — only with explicit consent — marketing cookies described below. It is never sold, never shared with third parties beyond what is described here.

Cookies & tracking

On first visit, a cookie banner lets visitors choose between three categories. Choices can be changed at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Essential — strictly required for the site to function. Always active, no consent required.

Marketing — off by default, loaded only after explicit consent: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Google Ads (Google LLC), used to measure and retarget advertising campaigns run on Instagram, Facebook and Google.

Statistics — off by default, loaded only after explicit consent: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), used to measure audience and site performance.

Meta and Google may process data outside the EEA under their own standard contractual clauses — see Meta's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

How information is used

Contact-form information is used solely to respond to project enquiries and conduct a possible engagement. Marketing and statistics cookie data is used solely to measure and retarget Primisia's own ad campaigns and site performance — never sold, never shared beyond the named processors above.

Data retention

Enquiry data is kept for the duration required to evaluate and follow up on the request, then archived or deleted. Cookie consent choices are kept until withdrawn or reset.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.

Rights (GDPR)

Visitors may request access, rectification or deletion of their data by writing to hello@primisia.com.
